Product Landing Page

Intelligent pages AIWEB 3.0 used as product showcases, featuring interactive conversations…

… can provide answers to questions about product features, packaging options, or item availability in selected locations. In extended versions, they guide users through the entire ordering process, allowing full control over the cart contents, and orders are placed without forms, in the flow of natural communication!

Characteristics

The demo page showcases the potential to present a hypothetical product available in various capacity and packaging options. An extension of the basic functions is the implementation of a cart, which allows for simulating the ordering process, and with integration with a payment processor API – also the purchasing process. The visual layer focuses the audience’s attention on the illustration, suggesting a specific context for the product’s applications and defining its character. Meanwhile, the content layer has been minimized, exposing only key information and advertising messages.

Core Features:

Users can test the functionality of the page by asking questions about product details: mineral composition, packaging options, or features that set the product apart from competitors. The page can also provide information about product availability in selected locations and potential delivery options.

Extended Functionality:

The primary goal of the ‘intelligent page’ is to encourage dialogue towards placing an order by the customer. It allows the user to manage the cart by accepting requests to add or remove products. During the conversation, information about quantities and preferences is collected. The order completion process begins with a prompt for address details. We emphasize that the user does not need to use additional forms – data is provided in a natural communication flow, making the ordering process much more intuitive.

Geolocation features allow verification of product availability in regions important to the customer or calculation of delivery costs. The presented demo version is a relatively simplified proposal. If your requirements call for a different scenario, we can reconfigure the model according to your preferences.

The proposed demo version finalizes the order process by sending a notification to the email address. There is an option to expand with integration for payment processing or to support API functions from external service providers (CMSs, CRMs, SMS gateways, etc.).

Key Features of this interface:

  1. Choosing Products – the page interface can take orders for products declared by the user, considering a list of features defined during the learning process (in this case: capacity, price, packaging type, and type of packaging).
Example commands: “I want two 355ml cans and one 470ml”, “What sizes are available?”, “Add two bottles”.

  2. Managing the Cart – users can modify the cart content by adding or removing products, as well as adjusting their quantities using simple and intuitive commands.
Example commands: “I want to remove one 355ml can”, “Add one more bottle”, “Discount code”, “What do I have in my cart?”, “Empty the cart”.

  3. Order Finalization – the user’s declaration of intent to order selected products results in calculating delivery costs and the final cart value. In the next step, the interface, still in natural conversation mode, collects address details from the customer needed to complete the order.
Example commands: “I confirm the order”, “I want to place an order”.

  4. Geolocation – the provided shipping data is analyzed for geolocation to determine costs and the feasibility of delivery. At the same time, it can be successfully used to show the user the availability of services or products in their area.
Example commands: “Where can I buy this?”, “Where is it available?”.

  5. Automatic Notifications (Email) – the completion of the ordering process involves sending a notification to the email address of the site owner (as well as the customer), containing information declared in the order. Notifications can also be sent in other circumstances, such as for delivering tickets, certificates, or documentation items.
